Aesop you are not allowed to be so hard on yourself. Wait till DS meets me!!!! I will kidnap him for the afternoon and you can have a rest ok. He can teach me to play and we can have a singsong. NB it might rain my singing is dreadful.

I can vouch for Kit Aesop - she captivated my two great-neices :D:D - she will keep your little boy busy and happy, I can assure you

It's a shame that you are not up to joining us for the trip to London Crafti, but I understand how you feel and we don't want to cause a panic attack - gotta take things slowly hun - we will still see you on the Sunday, won't we?

I know sign language but never taught DS much of it. Just a few bits.

But he is being naughty today, he keeps trying to get me to talk to him. And when his Dad came home he said mummy can talk, and Dad said no she can't.

DS doesn't lip read, he avoids eye contact with me when I am talking.

Sorry, don't mean to sound negative. DS is cheeky, and knows I can't answer his questions and today has asked so many!

good opportunity to carry on with the sign language and for DS to learn;);)

    thanks for your understanding
i really want to come but i am feeling so freaked out i know it is irrational and i know where it stems from but too many things to deal with, my brain just buzzes and a friend had to talk me through it his morning, maybe when i have more time to get things sorted, and work not pressurising me and i then have time to relax afterwards etc
just so much to take into consideration for me
    im so sorry:(:(:(:(:(

don't be sorry. there will be other trips that you will find you are able to g on :)

You need to think about you first, then do everything else. Anyway you are still meeting most of the gang on Sunday afternoon :D

i know i do really want to go but i feel like a nervous wreck and it is so stupid i shouldnt be like this im an adult and i can do this
will see if i can settle over this week if not i wont be able to go if i can i will i just do not do things on my own i have had to get friends to come to therapy with me so where going on train one or three stops away is so minor to some people it is a major step for me
a couple of yrs ago i was going on a course with a colleague who told me at the station they were not going and i ended up with a major panic attack at 6am in the morning at the station on my own-how stupid is that :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
so i avoid the situations unless i face them full on by accident which i have done in the past oh well see how it goes
