oh you poor thing teeth needing route canal doing can be really painful, have had several done so can sympathise
is the loss of voice due to you being poorly or due to stress sweetie
if you can find the reason for voice loss then you can find ways to get it sorted, problem is if its from a virus doc will just tell you to rest for up to 6 weeks cos they are not allowed to refer you for 6 weeks.then depending on where you are you will then have to wait to see ENT consultant. if the throat is sore try manuka honey- i know its expensive but it has healing properties as does propolis. I hope you get better soon. xxxx

    thanks crafti :)

someone has recommended I call nhs dentist at the local hospital. I will when I get my voice back, as I am getting fed up with my tooth and this dentist messing me about. He is good and nice, but he said last year I could pay over 3 months, ie 3 instalments, 3 treatments, today, he said we would discuss it when I have my voice back. It is ok, then starts hurting. Was only getting it done as DH said he would pay if 3 instalments.

Ok, anyone know anything about dermatology? DS has skin condition and I was waiting for referral to GOSH but don't think it is coming and the Dermatologist we have been seeing since last year has got no further. NOW everyone is questioning me about DS' face and I can't tell anyone anything. Even DH is getting annoyed.

I have been recommend hot water with salt, ginger tea. Will try these too first haven't got fresh ginger, but have some in the stock cupboard, the dried stuff, might have ginger tea bags actually.

I did have a sore throat last week and voice started to go but I have never actually lost voice before. But have a lot of health issues at the moment and think it is all stress related. Actually quite nice not having to talk but difficult to control DS because of it.

obviously i can only talk from my personal experience but if you think this might be stress related then you need to find the triggers also has it triggered acid indigestion or reflux as that is what caused my throat muscles to swell and block my vocal chords in which case you need to see ent consultant as a check then on to a speech therapist as it can be a long process
if its stress related then you must stop talking and rest the voice at all costs i understand it is difficult cos of family but you need to think of the long term-you dont want to damage your voice-it might only take a couple of days this way instead of weeks into months like i have had, you will find it increasingly more stressful the longer it continues so rest at all costs now to save yourself the stress in the long run

sorry i dont mean to sound bossy i just dont want anyone to have to go through what ive been through over the past few months xxxx

would it be cheaper if you found the boiler from a dealer or warehouse and got a plumber to fit it

do you know any plumbers who could do it using a second hand boiler, some plumbers get hold of nearly new ones or buy them in job lots so can pass on the savings, depends on the amount you are willing to pay
