I got to say that my AD's have made such a difference for me, and Mr 3Dogs couldn't believe what they did for him - although I don't think we should always do what the doctor says as not all of them are right  but, if you trust your doctor you got to think if he prescribed them for you, you should be on them. I think the most important effect of them is levelling everything out, so you don't have the highs and lows, and can cope better like 'normal' people

Why are we so miserable? People think we are happy and we are not. Is this inappropriate on such a nice day?
We have so much. We are not homeless or anything, do you think we want too much. Actually crafti you have a alid reason, you have had a stressful situation at work and are about to go back into it ( and i bet it feels like the lion's den). Focus on happy things ok.
Well you have just helped me to answer my own question I am not miserable just clearly bored. I have to make changes. I will work on these. I do love Firewalker's thread she is so positive and inspiring. We are gonna get there guys.Am happy again.
Wonder if frog guy is available. Love his voice. What did you guys think of his voice? Nb dont want his body just hot voice.

Hey guys! Just popping on to say hello. Lovely weather, im stuck in doors in the worlds worst job.
Foot is annoying me, every step i take hurts, so it actually is more painful than it was before the op and mum thinks i need physio. So not very happy.
Oh and then my best friend is leaving to go around the world on sunday. I'm so pleased shes doing it but sad at the same time
BUT apart from that i'm happy! ha. Even though it doesnt sound like it. Hope everyone is coolies!0 -
Crafti stop being nice to me. Guys she is too nice and so are you guys. Can't someone shout at me for being a self indulgent idiot and tell me to pull myself together. We are British and my navel gazing is such a waste of energy. I could be eating frogs.
Actually don't, i am going to move on of my own accord and talk about something else.

I had CBT almost two years back, stopped medication last summer and now I am on same dose I was four years ago. These things just happen and it is unpredictable. It has nothing to do how good/bad you are, it is an illness and even if you can control it to certain extend without appropriate medication it is very difficult to be in a situation where it is managable. I hope this makes sense. Need to go pop DD to bed."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Sorry your friend is leaving but just think she can text you most days and she can tell you where to go on your hols as she will have checked everywhere. How long is she going for, and where? will she be posting on facebook so you can stay in touch?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
