Well i trust you all on this thread. Porge cannot be a serial killer - no way, hose. Ever. I trust him with everything. I trust firewalker and william d too and worried jim and start again. I cant imagine anything bad happening. I hope there are no murderers on the site.

MSE Andrea says we are not supposed to trust people as we have to be safe. I trust her completely and she is right too.

She is right, as it is so easy to take people as they appear, which might not be how they actually are, as we have learnt by experience, but we should not and do not let that stop us being welcoming and friendly to fellow posters and once we get to know them, which sometimes is quite quickly and at other times, more gradual, we can feel safe with them and become friends

We are lucky to have made such good friends on MSE :j :j :j :j

If you are worried about anyone Vix hit em with the crutches. Hard. We have to be so careful though. I keep getting lectures from people. I would never meet anyone unless the rest of the gang was there 'cos you never know.

Walked about 30 miles this week and been to the gym 3 times - i dont know how it is going so to speak, but i turn up and do as im told for an hour and then leave! The climb up virtual Everest has slowed down , i need to get back on track with that. My dog walking pal is away for a few days so i might concentrate on stairs and not miles while she's away.
Half a stone still to go before i get the first cheque!
The gym membership is "on prescription" for 12 weeks so im going to make the most of it while it's free. If i say that i've been for less than the 3 times each week that im allowed, then you have my permission to kick butt!

We dont need to kick your derriere you sound as though you are making fantastic progress. :DAre your clothes too big for you now? I bet so. You are going to make it and be sooo happy.
