Should be 20% split between the mothers

Do either of the children stay with you on a regular basis?

If so, this may slightly reduce your liability. The CSA have a maintenance calculator on their website which is quite a useful tool.

Ack, phasing! The worst thing in the world, blame Tony Blair for that! Completely unfair, and it always penalised one party or the other quite severely.

If you've got 2 kids, and 2 cases, then your weekly maintenance amount should be 20% of your wage after any tax, insurance and pensions have been taken off. You will get a reduction if either of your daughters stays on average at least one night per week with you. You would also get a reduction/allowance if you have any other children currently living in your household.
