Trusts get taxed differently from real people and don't get a full CGT allowance are you getting proper advice on this?
I will be seeking advice from the 'Trust & Estate Practitioners' that are currently dealing with it. However in previous correspondence we have been told that it is liable for CGT. There hasn't be any mention of any other special terms or conditions, that's not to say there might not be any though.getmore4less wrote: »Aylesbury HMO this might be a better link

Think parking if you want 3 people in the house
Most of the new build in Aylesbury has sub standard parking,
Fairford Leys was designed with NO sensible parking have a drive round there when every one is home to see what a crap place it is for multiple accupancy homes with mutliple cars.
Which new estate are you buying on?
Thanks. It's New Berry Vale, opposite the Berry Vale Parkway station. The plot is on the edge of the development whereby the only people passing will be other residents on my small street. There is also a two car drive and bays opposite at either end of the road which isn't more than 40-50 meters long.0
