Work contract disagreement
Skulls
I have worked for my employer for nearly 3 years and we are now on our 3rd General manager. During this time a new contract has been issued and signed by me with the second GM. In this contract the holiday specified was 28 days plus Bank Holidays. The latest GM is now saying that it's crazy to expect 28 +BH and that the 28 days includes BH's. No new contract has been issued but he has ammended our total holidays used/owing( on notice board). As our year finishes on Monday I have used all my holidays and extra days for when I worked on BH's. On my Holiday owing sheet it shows -4 days and days for 2011/2012 as 24. I have spoken to the GM several times and he just says your crazy to think that you would get 28 +BH's and says he cannot find his copy of my contract.
Before he arrived we were paid double time for all hours worked on BH's by both the 1st and second GM's. What should I do? Many thanks in advance for any answers/solutions. This new GM is a great guy but treats all the company money as his own!!

For a start, he can't take the four days off next year's entitlement to take it below 28 in total.
Write formally to the company (to the GM and with a copy elsewhere to cover his losing it) saying you do not accept the indicated change to your employment contract.0 -
Thanks Littlevoice for that, I've been worried all night about what to do.0

The one thing I forgot to mention at least 2 other members of staff have received paid days off for working on BH's, both with the same contract as myself.0
