Some really good and helpful suggestions above.
Maybe you can have a clear out, empty those drawers, cupboards, wardrobe and do a big listing session on eBay, you will get a lovely proud feeling in yourself, some money in the bank and a little stress relief paying off some debt. Also you will probably find some clothes you forgot about, beauty products which need using up and maybe have a look in your recipe books to find some new tasty value meals you can cook, try some new meals you haven't done before, it can be just as satisfying as buying a new top.

TV Licence . 24.00

You don't need a TV license - use internet for news, watch iPlayer (not live)

Internet . 30.00

Can you get this cheaper? 30.00 sounds like a fairly expensive package unless you download HD movies or something

Garden Maintenance . 12.50

This is something you do when you have money to spend

Household Maintenance . 0.00

Realistic?

Gas . 58.00

I have bills paid but isn't this rather high?

Food and Household Shopping . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 200.00

Should be able to cut this down if you're single (have no information here) - 100.00 should be easy, less if you're willing to eat budget meats etc

Regular Saving . 50.00

Savings give 3%, APR on your loans is probably 20%+. Loans should go first

Pet Insurance . 34.00

I'll let you think about this one

Cinema/Theatre Trips . 8.33

A pound spent is one you'll never see again

Books/Music/Films/Computers . 10.00

Spotify for music, borrow films/books from friends?

Shopping for Fun . 10.00

Paying interest on loans isn't my idea of fun :P

Hobbies . 280.00

This seems like a typo?

DVD Rental . 10.00

As before, borrow from friends or do something more productive!

Eating Out . 40.00

Another thing that needs to go if you want to take this seriously.

Haircuts . 25.00
Beauty Treatments . 100.00

Anyone that matters thinks you look good without all of this.

Summer Holiday . 50.00
Christmas . 50.00

Your relatives should understand you putting this on hold to sort your debts out.

Coffees/Sandwiches/Snacks . 10.00

Make stuff at home, that said £10 a month seems fair for a loaf of bread and crisps etc.

That's about £700-800 saved, looks to be just what you need. After the loans are gone you'll have a nice disposable income again.
Said Aristippus, “If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.”
Said Diogenes, “Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.”
