Thanks for posting this offer. I just got back from my Tesco (Ashford, Kent) and they had loads reduced to silly prices. Most were a bit feminine, but I managed to get a single set for my son called 'Dotty Stripe', which is brown on one side and beige on the other with coloured dots on, for the grand sum of £2.62!

Just found the same one (double version) on Tesco Direct - although not so cheap: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-2523.aspx

They also had this one in Kingsize - I think it was £3.20 and its called Carina Print. Again, the picture is from Tesco Direct where it is still more expensive (£7.00 for single size)

No, Hermiston Gait Tesco is just off the bypass up from the Gogar roundabout beside the big B&Q.

ETA I checked South Queensferry Tesco this evening, nothing much that I could see.

Thanks OP, just nipped to my local tesco, all the duvets concerned were not marked down on SEL's but were mostly around 6 pounds for the king size when going through the till
If you don't see any reduced at your own worth asking for price checks on those with the yellow SEL labels

Sorry havent got chance to post any links have to get tea on, will try later

What I did notice is the ones that seem to be on offer are the ones with the yellow stickers on the SEL ie those that were already at reduced prices.

Nothing was £3 though but still a good deal , got MIL a few was asking for some, should keep me in her good books!
GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!
  • sorry wot does SEL mean?
