Have you tried another web browser? I used Google Chrome and it worked fine for me

I use Chrome and I have problems with this too, but I think it's because the font they use makes some of the letters/numbers ambiguous. That or I'm just getting older and my eyesight is fading:rotfl:

if you log into the actual site first then go back and answer the question instead of doing both at the same time. I entered the capture in lower case format and this was fine too!! hope this helps!:)

I find the problem is actually down to the registration details. If I fill the competition and then log in it gives an error because the birthdate and gender fields are not completed automatically
