Unbleached Flour ?

Hi all,
I've just got my hands on the 'Five Minute Bread' cookbook and they recommend that 'unbleached' plain flour is used in the recipes or the bread will be too wet. I've had a look at the artisan 5 min bread thread and it seems being too wet is a common complaint so I guess they're not using the correct type of flour.
So, my question is, where can I get unbleached flour here in the UK? Will organic flours be more likely to be unbleached?
Thanks,
Kevin x

Bleaching flour is illegal in the UK, so no need to worry on that front. Are they stressing the unbleached (which often seems to be added in front the word "flour" automatically in American recipes), or the fact that it's plain flour?0

Ohhh ok... They are stressing that is must be unbleached. Apparently when the flour is bleached it has some of the protein remove which makes the mix too wet.
Thanks for the advice0 -
As this has dropped down the OS board, i've moved it to shopping and groceries to see if anyone can help here
Hope this helps. American cookery terms may also be a useful thread
Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies.
