You need to do a Statement of Affairs (SOA). There is one here http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html You put in all your info, money coming in and going out. If you do it then click on the link to post it on here then people can help advise where you might be able to save money etc.
Contact Payplan http://www.payplan.com/ or CCCS http://www.cccs.co.uk/. They are the free debt management companies who will not charge you a fee to administer a DMP. Or you can do a self-administered DMP.
Also the National Debtline http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/debt_advice.php have lots of advice and letter templates etc to help.
Don't go down the route of getting credit to pay off credit. There comes a point where you just need to draw a line under it all and tackle it from a different angle. Any of the above companies can help you do that.
Good luck.:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0
