Thanks - bought a few copies of the Sun. You can use these vouchers for anything in Tescos - just as long as your purchases come to more than the voucher value. That's about £12 off my shopping for £1.55 worth of newspaper which went straight into the recycling bin!!

Mrs Scrooge I tried redeeming the voucher to get the £2.99 off my shopping but it did not work and others have said the same. I went back and used the vouchers for the larger as it looks likely the voucher only works if the item is purchased.

Thanks for highlighting that campaign, it only reinforces my view of that hate-inciting worthless piece of sh*te rag that masquerades under the title "newspaper"!

just been to asda and they had run out of the c2 carling and let me have 4 cans of the proper carling lager instead. plus had 2 coupons so 8 cans for free.

Actually, that's not quite true. The voucher definitely works against normal 4 packs of Carling. I got some today (normal carling) using the voucher.
