Celia Birtwell lunch bag at Boots

I saw these cute lunch bags by Celia Birtwell at Boots for £1 the other day. They look roomier than the lunch bag on offer last year (which didn't seem big enough to hold your drink and sandwich & snack in the Boots' meal deal -- this one probably would just manage it), and they're very pretty.

Proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

I got one the other day as my previous one - the recycled from a coke bottle one - has seen better days. This one is bigger as the bag ends are straight and the handles come from the top and are not part of the bag like the last one was. Don't get me wrong I loved the old one and used it daily for over a year - hope this one lasts as long!

I actually think they would make great gift bags!

I asked in my local Boots earlier in the week and they had no knowledge of them at all!

I had several of these given to me when a Boots store (think it was Bath) was having one of the special points nights. The only difference is mine are black background.

Have had mine a while & it's very roomy. Plenty big enough for meal deal & a few purchases besides.
Do try & get one. We still have them in my local so do ask instore.

Tried to get oneof these today but asked and no noe had heard of it will have to hope I get to larger store before thaty all run out as sounds great.

I wouldn't be surprised if some stores that have it are telling people they don't just because the employee asked has seen the bags but doesn't know they are by Celia Birtwell or that they're for Macmillan (even though that's clearly marked -- but Boots has so much stock I'm sure staff don't know the details of all of it!).

I found mine near the main bank of tills, not near the sandwiches as others have (which would've made more sense!). So perhaps it's there but just in an odd location?
