Bah! Been knocked down to probationary status on RE. The reason? A survey I kindly agreed to redo for them because they'd accidentally uploaded the wrong survey for the job. New survey appears a week later, job date entered as the date I did the job a week earlier, instant 14 points knocked off my account for not submitting within 24 hours of job date. Head - wall moment!!!!

Just on the phone trying to get it sorted now. If I could have one wish with RE it would be that they automate less of their processes and get a human to check them for stupid issues like this (and the automatic reminder emails).

I had 4 emails and a phone call message asking for a new till receipt photo, (I was out) logged on to do it, and, guess what? It was all sorted and payment due!

There usually is full reimbursement on those jobs - chase them

Thanks, I've sent them an email now. Otherwise I've just been paid in pain killers. I know mystery shopping is a bit of a headache sometimes but still!!

I think the 'cat' shops are one of the ones that are added manually by aba-i . You won't find them in the add new client link.

Gah. I'm meant to be doing a club phonecall for Bare, and I just can't work it out - am I meant to record the call myself? What number do I ring? I can't seem to find anything apart from the login details for the call recorder.
Goal = £9,000 in 2011, starting in March
    Current total - £779 banked by 09/04/11
Also growing, scrimping and crafting to not need as much in the first place!
