Easter Eggs

Martin said yesterday on Lorraine that there were £2 easter eggs in asda, large ones. There are none of the sort. Standard sized store, quite large actually. And they were not there last week either.

hmm..

OK? Maybe you'll have to wait until your store stocks them?
  • These are the ones he was talking about (the roll back ones) there's still about 2 months till easter so I wouldn't worry if they're not in your local store yet lol

My store had loads last week. When I went to get some a couple of days later , all had been sold. I was told the offer is on until 9th March, and they get stock in every so often. Went back yesterday, and they had loads again, but there were people buying a lot at a time. You might be lucky next time :)
  • there were loads in my local asda today so maybe yours will stock up in the next few days

Tempted to get some and keep them for easter. Only problem is, is it ok to store chocolate in the garage? Don't really have anywhere else to put them.
Always annoys me right near Easter when they go up to normal price, cos for like 2 months I keep saying Oh ill get them ready this year, and then I think oh i cant carry them/need the money elsewhere/cant be bothered and then its too late. So will do it this year!!!
And ill try my hardest to forget about them too lol

Choclate is best kept in a cool dark place. As long as your garage is this and dry you should be ok. Might want to put them in bags or a sealed box so they dont get dusty - and so it doesnt encourage mice.......
