I'm always cold,BUT my 13.5 one was becoming a tad warm for the summer so i bought an Argos value range one last year in 10.5 tog.
Unless you specifically want 3 tog,this 4.5 one for 8.99 should be adequate for a lightweight summer one,very good reviews.
