    i make soup on a weekend and keep it in the fridge and stick some in a flask for work each morning and does me fine - mind you come summer im not going to want it so will have to get some summer ideas for lunches!

    I eat veg soup in winter and gazpacho in summer....just make up a new jug each time I finish the jug. Mine doesn't last a week though, two days, maybe three....which is as long as the soup usually lasts too.

    Wraps are good if you like the spicy stuff, chicken tikka with mint yoghurt, or chilli cheese and salsa, salami jalepenos and olives, chicken arrabiatta are all really nice in a wrap.

    You could make up a few tubs of wrap filling then just wrap them in the evening ready to go in the morning.
