New Zoopla tool matches sold prices with original estate agent listings inc. pics

This is going in the weekly email soon, but just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
Zoopla's got a clever new tool that matches up sold prices with the original house listings.
Normally when you go on houseprices.co.uk it's annoying because you're not entirely sure what the house was like. But now you can see old photos, descriptions, asking prices and listing dates.
Just go to the 'Home Values' section of the Zoopla.co.uk website, marked with an 'H' to indicate a historic listing record.

It's patchy, but even if you just find a few homes on the street you're interested in, it's v useful.
If you have any feedback that would be great too.
Thanks

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago on the house I am buying but it seemed quite sporadic whether it would show up when I searched the address on Zoopla (I had to go through google search a few times to access it) but it seems like its linking directly from the address listing now.
The photos of 'my' house on the previous listing are actually alot clearer! So it gave me a nice idea of what to expect when I had the first viewing (and its nice to have a reminder-nosey at now!)Proud meowmy of four fuzzy cats0 -
Just looked at ours - it has the correct sale date and price on the main page, but when I click the "history" button it has a different price and different property description.0

Thanks for the feedback. We've done a little update to the house price tools guide - here's a sneak peek.
It would be great if you could let us know if there are any other tools that merit inclusion - or if some are much better than others for different jobs. Thanks
