Options
Could someone give me a bit of advice please our fixed rate ends at the end of march so we will go on the variable rate which is 2.5% our mortgage payments will be £105 a mth less would you leave it at that are go for another fixed as follows.

2yrs at 3.49% fee £999
2yrs at 3.89% no fee
3yrs at 3.89% fee £999
3yrs at 4.19% no fee

also with any of the above fixed we would get £300 cash back

Personally, of those options, I would go with sticking on your variable rate and overpaying back up to the amount that you are paying now.
