We have been looking to find a replacement for our monitor because the colours keep changing when it is first turned on and as soon as I read mad&jon's recommendation went straight to PC Worlds website and read up about it. We assumed that even if it was not available at our store we would be able to track one down. Tried typing in towns all over the country and none available.

Went to PC World in Ashford (Kent) and cannot get over "the couldn't care a less attitude" of the staff. I asked if they could look it up on their database and see what the position is with stock i.e. whether some would be coming in or whether it was discontinued etc. I questioned why the monitor should still be listed on their website and they did not show any interest in what I was saying.

My husband has just added why do they always pounce on you and try to sell you something when you are only just looking but when you desparately want something they have this awful attitude.

One of the reasons we would really like to buy this monitor is that we are looking for a new tv for our caravan and thought it would be an excellent buy as it is a tv as well.

You cannot get one on-line, as they are pickup only. If the store has <5 in stock, then it will not allow pickup !!. So phone the helpline No and ask them to track one down. I understand that these are discontinued stock and therefore reduced to clear. I managed to buy 2 in Cardiff on Friday, the last ones apparently. If you get them, there are excellent, lovely PC picture, a scart connector, good tv picture via coax, loud sound, 3 phono sockets, s video. So TV, games console and PC monitor in one unit for <£130.

Where does it tell you about the three year warranty. When item is in basket
it tells you other products associated with your choice. It then quotes £2 per month. any info? thanks.
