Hi Lorna (again)
It should sort itself out soon, and its likely you will only need to pay the £5159 balance over the time. And a lot of people finish their DMPs gradually with full & final settlements - which means the balance and any possibility of frozen interest being recharged is taken care of.
You are likely to only be dealing with BOS going forward and the statements from sainsburys will stop.
How are things going with CCCS so far? how long have they estimated it will take on your DMP to repay all your debts?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Hi Tixy, nice to hear from you again and thanks also for advice. CCCS have been brilliant but this situation has thrown me again although feel much better now you and fermi have advised-thanks so much.
My total debt outstanding is £25k over 5 creditors, all attributable to marriage, baby and house repairs sadly but at least now there is light at the end of the tunnel. With the amount I can afford they say it will take 6 years to clear all the balances but thats fine as my credit report is shot to bits for 6 years after defaults have been issued so why worry eh??!
I'm still in a quandary about PPI with Lloyds but hell, if I dont try to reclaim it I wont know if there is a small chance of getting the amount back and offsetting it against what I owe them too.
I did get some money back from Lloyds for something else they were being stubborn about so my overdraft is reducing slowly.
My little boy is starting school in just over a year so I'm now job hunting.......grrrrroan...its not good!!!
LD1st goal - reduce overdraft from £398 (feb2011)

Think about the initials.
