Anyone know where I can get a printable coupon for WH Smith bonus clubcard points. I had one before. The one I had before was to be used by December.

Do W H Smith still have a loyalty card? We had one and the last time we tried to use it probably about 2 years ago now they told us that they didn't do it anymore so haven't used it since. Was the sales assistant lying?!!! Or have they restarted something new?

Probably just ignorant- they don't make a big deal of it but the internet coupons are really worthwhile, particularly if combined with other offers.I got a new card a couple of months ago.

Yes they do, but when I hadn't used my card for a long time, it wasn't recognised by the till and they said that I had to phone HO (they gave me the tel no) to 'reactivate' it.

To be fair to them, I did that, and my points were all then reinstated.

I've tried printing the voucher off, but it won't print!
Everything around the voucher prints out - it won't print the important bit.
What can I do?

Install PrintKey on your PC, free for non-commercial use. Download it here

once installed simply press the "PrtScrn" button on your keyboard, top right, and click print.
