• This offer is valid from Tuesday 15 February until Saturday 2 April 2011 inclusive.
• Closing date for entries is Saturday 2 April 2011 at Midnight.
• This competition is open to all residents of the UK except for employees, and agencies of Ernest Jones.
• To enter the competition, simply enter your email address to receive promotional emails.
• By entering the competition you agree to receive our emails.
• If you unsubscribe from our emails you will be taken out of the draw for the competition.
• No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.
• The winner will be the first entry picked at random by an independent person up to 14 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
• The prize is as follows: first place will receive a Spartan bracelet 8573700. Two runners up will receive Spartan bracelets 8573654.
• The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and no cash alternative. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
• Entry implies acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to amend or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

If it's just your email address that you enter then you can enter under different emails can't you? Giving more of a chance? Sometimes it says only one entry per household etc?
