Firstly can I say hello to everyone,
I have just got my credit report from Experian and am confused by an issue with a CCJ.
The CCJ was issued 30/6/08, and a charging order put on my property. The amount owed was 8000 pounds.
The debt was passed to Howard Cohen , I have been paying them approx 15 pounds a week off the debt.
When I look at my credit report it says Satisfied ?? I thought this only happened when I had paid the debt in full ??.
Can anyone help me with why this is ??.
