Competition Entry

1. How to Enter
To participate in this prize draw, enter the required information into the prize draw form including your complete name and email address. You may enter this prize draw by signing up to receive Premier Cottages Ltd and Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) e-newsletters. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties.
2. Entry
Only one prize draw entry per household/family irrespective of the number of free entries. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility is taken for mislaid entries.
3. End Dates
The closing date for the competition is midday on the 18th March 2011.
4. Eligibility
Participation open only to those aged 18 and over (no purchase necessary). Employees and directors of Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd), Premier Cottages Ltd, its members and cottage owners, advertising and public relations agencies, suppliers or agents to Premier Cottages Ltd or Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd), anyone else professionally connected to the competition and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. Drawing
Three winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by an independent person whose decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. Prize
There are 3 prizes to be won. Each prize is for a weekend self catering break for up to 4 people for three nights and £500 Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) vouchers. The prize is to be taken at a participating Premier Cottages Ltd property subject to availability. The prize must be taken before 30th December 2011 and excludes school/bank holidays and the period 1st July to 1st October 2011 and is subject to availability.
7. Notification
The winners will be notified by email by Premier Cottages Ltd by 1st April 2011. If any winner cannot be contacted or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The winner has 30 days after being notified to claim the prize. If no acknowledgement is received within 30 days a new winner will be drawn.
8. Conditions
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, address town/city, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winners regarding the prize draw by Premier Cottages Ltd or Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) for promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Premier Cottages Ltd, Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd), advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever. Including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to and from the prize draw location, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery insofar as this is allowed by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although the promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure. Submissions must be in English.
9. Additional Terms
Premier Cottages Ltd and Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should (in its sole discretion) causes beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, Premier Cottages Ltd will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Premier Cottages Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site. Additionally, Premier Cottages Ltd and Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Premier Cottages Ltd and Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied associated with any of the prizes. The winner is responsible for their own transport arrangements, travel insurance, all meals and food, personal expenses, incidentals and any costs incurred. By entering this draw you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
10. Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) Voucher Terms and Conditions
Jigsaw (Robinson Webster Holdings Ltd) vouchers can only be redeemed at https://www.jigsaw-online.com
Vouchers must be redeemed by 31st December 2011.
Voucher details will be issued to the winners by email.
11. Winners List
To obtain the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 1st April 2011 to Premier Cottages Ltd, C/o GVT, Ellin House, 42 Kingfield Road, Sheffield, S11 9AS.
