What is acceptable proof of previous address?

Hi all
My mortgage company have told me that they need proof of my addresses in the last 3years. I have moved a couple of times so I actually have three addresses to cover (annoyingly my last two addresses total just under three years)
I am not in the habit of keeping 3 yr old gas bills (but might do after this!
) so what is acceptable?
all I can find for property 1 is an old CRB check, two credit card statements and a letter from the NHS
For property 2 I have a mobile phone bill (I know this is frowned upon) a credit card statement and a letter from TV Licensing (not an actual Licence)
For my current property I have my work contract, credit card statements, letter from the tax office etc...
Annoyingly I have gone paperless with my bank and their 'online statements' are rubbish and don't have my address on - and here was me thinking I was doing a good thing!
Do I have enough?
