mackenzie hall advise

Options
Hi all,
I have taken advise from the guys on this site after i received a letter from mackenzie hall, i was told to write a letter under the credit agreement act which freezes the account until they provide me with certain information as i dont want to pay money to a company who i dont know even has the right to get money from me under the agreement which i defaulted.
I have wrote them 2 letters now which i sent recorded which they have signed for and received which i can prove, no information or a letter has been returned for a month.

The account which they are chasing up is my last piece of debt to welcome finance who i beleive have since gone under or into administration and i received a Default for 3 years ago.

I origanay set up a payment plan with them for £100 per month prior to sending the letters for other information, when the 28th of this month comes and i dont pay them the £100 can they place a ccj on my file or another default.

Thanks for any advise.
Ian
