Wow how unhelpful are the people at Equifax? Got a copy of my report online, emailed them a couple of questions but got no response. Cancelled my account at the end of the month as I would of then had to pay a monthly fee which I did not feel was necessary as i had the information that i needed.
Wanted the answers to my questions so called the number when i eventually found it only to be kept on the phone and asked 101 security questions and then to be told i need to send them a copy of my utility bill and ID before they are able to activate my account and answer any of my questions!
Is this the same if you request a paper copy of your report ? What a carry on! i have been using experian with none of these issues!
Rant over lol
hope you all have a better start to the day

Yep.
In my experience, they seem to do everything they possibly can to avoid dealing with queries and try to put as many obstacles in your way as possible.
Other people may find the opposite, but they have always been a pain for me.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
