I just tried to purchase a Body Shop £30 Voucher for £12 through Groupon after seeing the offer on this site. After entering all my details it said 'Bad news please try again in a few minutes' I did numerous times and then gave up but shortly after I received multiple emails telling me my order had been received!! This has totalled in access of £200!!! Just come off the phone to my bank who have given me an overdraft to tied me over till pay day. How can this happen I feel really cross. Have emailed Groupon as well and awaiting reply. Anyone else had problems?

well I bought my voucher using paypal and they've had time to send me a couple of other voucher offers, but no sign of my Body Shop voucher as yet. Has anyone received theirs and how long does it take them to email you with it?
I am wondering if this is a rip off? I got the link from the MSE weekly email so hope not0 -

Remember that they usually send the vouchers out after the offer has closed, and it doesn't close till tonight so you may not get it till tomorrow. I'd hold fire a bit for now.
It did the double order thing to me too and when I emailed them they said it would be fine to cancel them, just wait till the order comes through then send them the codes for the ones you don't need so that you don't have problems using the others. It is annoying though luckily I had the money in to pay for them. It must have been because the site was so busy.

They sent me an email saying they would email me the voucher but as Scottish Lass says above, the voucher was there once I logged in. The voucher itself is full of typos - has anyone used one yet at the BS and is it accepted ok?
eg this is copied and pasted from the actual voucher (their punctuation!):.

I thought you could only buy a max of 5 per person?0
-
Yes it does say max 5 per person. I'm sure they'll refund- if not I'm sure you could ebay them- it seems plenty of people have already.
I received both my vouchers late this afternoon. You simply print it off and take it instore- I haven't yet used the BS one but have used groupon many times with no problems. The deal is genuine, and the company are too. The only time it can be a bit risky is with a failing business as if they go bust before you use the voucher you may lose the money you paid for it.0 -
just rang my nearest BS and they say they are genuine vouchers as long as they have the 17 digit no on them, despite the weird typos. I'm off to stock up on my fav shower gel and deep sleep foot rub :j0
