I had the same problem this morning New York - but I figured it out.

You have to click on your account bit - and theres a banner across the page that says - your account, reminders, refer, etc. I clicked on the reminders there and nothing happened.

What you have to do is click on the bit where it says reminders at the bottom of that page (where it says - free credit in your account) you have to submit the details again, and also add addresses. Once you have completed the page full (ie 6) the £3 credit goes instantly into your account.

Forgot to post last night - bought all my cards for the year, too. 32 birthdays, same number Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Birthday cards sorted for the next twelve months for less than a tenner. Thanks for this OP as I was one of those that buy cards the day before for ridiculous prices in-store (last Mother's Day alone, the card was over a fiver due to my rubbish organisational skills - they've been brilliant this year due to using this forum more often!).

When you're adding your names and addresses for the 'free' £3 credit (which works fine), if you've any privacy concerns you might prefer to use fictitious names.........

Just worked this out for myself too. Glad I wasn't the only one having probs. £3 in my account instantly. Yey!:T

Used details of people who are already members so no probs there too.:D

Can anyone tell me, do you have to have anything printed inside, or can you just order and write them yourself ?
