Sample Letter to Ask Creditor to Accept Monthly Payment

Previous posted and had some great replies, I want to write to each of my creditors and ask them to accept a monthly payment I can afford, is there a standard letter that I should use, i'll send them a schedule of income/outgoings with it (is there a standard one of these too) ? thanks.

I feel so much stronger about my debt now i've come on here and seen i'm not alone :-)
