The giveaway is promoted by Optimum Releasing (promoter). The prize is for seven days in self-catering accommodation provided by Earth, Sea & Sky and Ionian Eco Villagers Holidays. The prize must be taken during May/June or Sept/October 2011 and includes return flights for four people (two adults and two children up to and including 15 years old, or one adult ans three children up to and including 15 years old. One person in the party must be aged 21 years or over) from Gatwick airport to Zakynthos airport, transfers from Zakynthos airport to the accommodation (transfers to Gatwick from the winner’s residence not included), welcome refreshments in the accommodation on arrival, daily complimentary continental breakfast, bed linen and bath towels, cleaning services, services of the Island Manager, scheduled transports to and from local beaches, use of beach towels, umbrellas and inflatables, loyalty card for discounts at local businesses and special volunteer activity programmes. Winners are responsible for passports and visas if applicable. Winners are responsible for any recommended vaccinations. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for incidentals (room service etc). Travel insurance is included. Winner will be required to sign waivers/release forms prior to travelling. The winning entrants agreed that the promoter, Asda and their associated affiliates and subsidiaries and any other sponsors and prize providers shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the prize awarded in the competition, save that no party limits or excludes its liability for (i) death or personal injury due to its own negligence, (ii) fraud) or (ii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
