Usually they take the money at the beginning of the month but it doesn't arrive till much later. For me they took the money on 1st and paid on about 20th. This sometimes caused problems with some creditors.Julie

Usually around the 25th.
All creditors know this as they deal with CCCS all the time.
All the info is in the pack you received from CCCS.
have a read of it, it should answer all your questions or go on the CCCS website.

CCCS take my payments on 10th and pay my creditors on 25th. You should have received paperwork which details this, but if in doubt, do give them a call. I've found them very helpful whenever I have rung them.0

I left CCCS for this very reason. As I get paid mid-month, my money would go straight to CCCS on the 15th. But if a weekend fell at an inconvenient time, they wouldn't pass my payment along. Instead they'd hold onto it, and make a double-payment the next month. This can cause huge problems with my creditors.
In the end, I called all of my creditors directly and agreed to maintain the same payment plan with them, but pay them directly. This ensured they got their money every month.
I'm not advising you leave CCCS, but I'm just saying that this is an option once you're on an established payment plan.0
