Need help with SCM solicitors/Lloyds Tsb

Hi everyone, I had an overdraft (student) with lloyds for £500, twice now it has spiralled with charges. the first time they amounted to £700 in charges which i paid of. The last year the account went over again and has now given me a total debt of £1400 which i cannot manage at all. I had a payment plan set up with Scm of £80 per month, which i could not keep up with, but this was the minimum they would accept. They have threteaned court action numerous of times and their latest threat they are saying is that if i do not pay within 7 days then they will send an 'advisor' to my property. I do not have the money as i am actively always seeking employment but having no luck (liverpool), but i will have most of the money after the summer as i have employment guaranteed. Any suggestion will be so much help. thanks:eek::(
