greasypalm cashback?!

i recently got sucked in by a seemingly good offer of cashback on the greasypalm cashback site...
supposedly signing up to bt for 12 months would net me £70 cashback, they weren't the cheapest without the cashback, but with the cashback came in a little cheaper than plusnet, but there has been no cashback and i'm tied into a 12 month contract!
greasypalm claim they have contacted the retailer to investigate, then i get a message saying this was unsucessful - no explanation at all, so i asked why this was as there were(and still are) no conditions on the offer.
The click thru was confirmed and the order was succesful and there is now no way of finding out why i have not recieved the promised cashback.
I contacted bt directly about it and someone phoned me up and went through it with me, apparently they have nothing to do with the offer, and the cashback is soley the responsibilty of greasypalm, but they have confirmed with them my order was succesful
I can't beleive they can get away with this without an explanation, i have requested they remove the offer from the site, and since the cashback being offered has increased!!!
Anyone got an idea of how to get the cashback, complain directly to greasypalm, or get out of a 12month bt contract!?

There are always the disclaimers cashback is not guaranteed etc etc etc.....
Typically one of the biggest reasons for them not to track is if you've got a popup blocker installed, or you visited BT directly or via another advert first and didn't clear your cookies.0 -

the fact that they won't confirm a reason is what's annoying me, the click through is shown on my greasypalm history, and the order was completed on that - there is a trail, and bt can see it was from that click thru too, if they would confirm the part of the disclaimer is costing me money it would be fine!
there were no conidtions on the offer which is the only reason i signed up for it, finished with greasypalm now, will try and stick to the companies that actually honour the offersThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
