I had the same problem, no points showed on my account so got in touch with Nectar by email and they said I should contact the Ford Information Service.
I had a right job finding the address, but wrote to them (no email address shown) and the points were added straight away, and a very nice letter back too. You could try writing to them at this address

I did have the number (0845!) to call, but to be honest was putting it off this afternoon, as I really could do without the complaining today.
A letter sounds like a much better idea.
