Excellent work.
We've got nearly all ours on board (talk to us MBNA and Barclaycard.....!) with a CCCS DMP, so I know what a relief it is and you've done it by yourself!! Well done.0 -
Good news. We're nearly there too, only Barclaycard, Santander and MBNA to go.
Barclaycard really are a bunch of (insert expletive).0 -
Well done!! We are doing well with ours as it seems all have agreed to our proposals with cccsDFW LHS - 246

@RobtheSnapper - when did you start the process (out of interest) as we seem to have two common enemies!!0

Towards the end of January. They keep phoning and I keep not answering. They've had the same letters, facts and figures as everyone else.
Even the TAX MAN agreed today to allow me to pay my £9k tax bill in instalments with nominal interest.0 -

Oh dear. We've had a nightmare with Barclaycard - we started this process back in Oct, first DMP stuff went out Nov. We still are no further forward with BCard (who unfortunately make up a third of my partner's creditors, in their various guises).
They bombarded us with calls for the first couple of months and we kept telling them the same thing. The phone calls did stop though.
They just keep sending the same letters and statements saying we're not paying the minimum payment blah, blah, blah.
We ring up and ask what the hell they are doing every couple of weeks, they insist that they have had no paperwork (this has been sent by us once, by CCCS three times). They have not told us whether they accept / refuse the DMP, hell they don't even acknowledge its existence.
MBNA, no phone calls, just an initial rejection letter but since then everything has been strangely quiet.
I've decided not to worry about it, I'm doing my bit and can prove it. If they sell to a DCA then so be it, at least the interest charges will stop!
Everyone else has been really straightforward, including the DCAs.0 -
I'm past caring about them. Most they can do is take me to court who...will freeze the interest. Job done.0

Yep, exactly. They can't take what I haven't got, so they can go take a hike and a running jump :rotfl:0
