The Hut / Zavvi have taken my money when thry had no stock!

After failing to fulfil my last four orders with them The Hut / Zavvi have taken payment for the last order even though they sent an email saying they did not have the stock.
I sent an email last Friday that they did not reply to (despite their website giving a 24 hour response). I have re-emailed. They do not give a contact number. This extra payment has caused me to go overdrawn and a £10 charge from my bank.
What can I do? Advise needed please!
