Has anyone had experience of ordering from Pumpkin Patch in the past?? I've just read some reviews about their website & they're shall we say not so kind. People complaining about orders not being received & no emails to say oos etc.

I have ordered from Pumpkin Patch in the past and the quality of their clothes I found to be excellent. The downside of their online site, I have found is that you do have to wait several weeks for orders to be delivered. I understand this is due to the fact they ship from New Zealand to a holding centre in the Uk and then it is forwarded on to the customer or this seemed to be the what happened with any of my past orders, as the box I received had custom info on it.

I made 2 orders and both confirmations say they aim to deliver the items within 7 days via Fedex - we'll see!
