PS - I think £4k is reasonable - you might just have to shift some of your costs around as you go on. ie - have you had a quote for your reception? Why not split that out to have your decorations, any extra drinks etc in a separate budget
eg reception 1500
decorations 200
drinks 200
favours 100
I find a more detailed budget is more accurateVirtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93
Crazy Clothes Challenge # 103 - £84/£200 £30 Coat/£12 shirt/£23 jeans/£6 t-shirt/£13 2 x tops
Shoes £79/£100: Cowboy boots, canvas pumps, re-heal boots/ £25 safari shoes0 -
The only thing I would add is the church ceremony might not be enough if you want everything ours is £550 without video license which is additional £90 each church differs so might be worht checking. I think it is definately do able though you might have to scarifice some things though but focus on what is important to you. for us it was having a church ceremony so we swallowed the cost of it and then car hire on top as it is a seperate venue from the ceremony etc.0
