iqor wont stop calling for paypal/ebay

Hi -

I keep getting get phone calls from a company called iqor who stated that I owe £46 to paypal but when I ask what its for they refuse to answer, This has made me suspicious so I asked them for proof of what I am suppose to owe the money for!

The annoying thing is that they did sent me letter(after lots of calls) which simply said I owed paypal money - not what the transaction was!!

What can I do?

can you log into the ebay/paypal account at all?

have you been selling and had a claim or owe fees at all?

Yes I can log into my paypal, basically I fell into a fraud trap where I sent a mobile(which got signed for) but the person declared they got robbed and the "robber" signed for it

right.. maybe post over on the ebay board too.. as im sure seller protection would cover you

i havent got the link to the letter on hand but ill find it and post it in a moment

Thanks for your reply, I did post on ebay forum which they decided to take down!

Paypal wont get involved after it got srtoed out, its just this iqor

also get on to the network for the phone and get them to block the iemi number...
