Thomas Take Alongs reduced at Argos

Though not a massive saving the licence for these toys has just been sold and the wholesale price has more than doubled. They will be going up to well over £10 in the future so get them whilst they are under a fiver!

Oh and many of these are free delivery right now!

Thanks for the tip, but I don't recall ever seeing take alongs so expensive. I tend to buy in TJ Hughes, B&M, Home Bargains, asda etc and they are always a fraction of the current argos price.

  • Hi I was told in model zone that where these were £2 to buy wholesale they are now £7 so I expect the price to rise soon, model zone staff told me they are going to stop stocking them

  • The original version of this was made by Learning Curve and was called Take Along now Fisher Price have the licence and its called Take N Play. We have a large collection of the original Take Along which is compatible with the newer Take N Play.

I ordered Bash and Dash off Canadian ebay as I have relatives coming over from there. The silly prices people are asking for the twins in trackmaster format on ebay.co.uk though! One guy wants nearly 60£!!! Madness.

    Yup!!!

I could import them from Amazon US all in for £30, which is a bit too much, hopefully they're arriving in the country now and more places will show "in stock" soon!
