I needed to replace a rucksack so went into millets yesterday as there were large signs 20% off every thing store.
a rail of suitable rucksacks had a large reduction label 19.99 down to 14.99 so I thought this is great another 20% off that.......... sorted. Made my purchase only to find I had been charged full price, I took the reduction ticket to the check out with a smile and said is there a mistake here? I have been charged full price. the shop assistant said 'oh they should have all been removed' proceeded to take it off and mumbled something about the discount does not apply to reductions I replied I dont want it then so she said I will give you a refund of £4 and after a bit of a struggle with the till I got handed £4 and my bag !!!!! a little extra for my trouble
