I need to return some boots to bargaincrazy.com has anyone got the returns address please
its not on invoice and its not on the web site.
I did email them to do a return but they never gave me an address ?
please help

• Give items to your Home Delivery Network driver when they make a delivery
• Call our Enquiry Line on 0870 0106318 to arrange collection for smaller items
• You can also email us at enquiry@bargaincrazy.com to arrange collection for smaller items
• Send via your Post Office - you may need to pay a charge for this service

Hi,

If you ring or email them they should arrange a collection for you, it says for small items only so they should collect a pait of boots.

Had the same trouble returning, just called them and a courier picked the item up a few days later

I dont understand why they didnt arrange to collect them when I emailed them over a week ago ??
I am now over my 14 days approval !!

If you have kept the e-mail you sent print it and put it in the return with a note, and e-mail them again (forward your original) and point this out and that you dont expect to pay return fees.

thank you Leanne just checked my email still have copy from 1st nov...it just tells me to return it to post office...or they will arrange collection .POST OFFICE MUST KNOW THE ADDRESS had this previous from another company ??

Please ensure that all products are returned, unused, in original packaging and complete with documentation.

Please note that we cannot accept any items returned directly to Bargain Crazy/CBS offices.

Unjustified Returns
We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not as new, not in the original packaging or if you have made a mistake with the returned items. A charge of £4.95 per item will also be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur. This does not affect your statutory rights.
