Buy her a new tablecloth probably

What colour is it and does it have a label to say what fabric it's made of?0 -
can you not soak it in anything to help loosen the stain, again as bronnie asked what is it made of:xmastree:Is loving life right now,yes I am a soppy fool who believes in the simple things in life :xmastree:0

I don't know if this will work now as you've washed it already, but I would put neat fairy liquid on both sides of the stain work it in well with you fingers and then wash,it works for me on my tablecoths. Hope you get it sorted0

Its actually a tablecloth she made out of some curtain fabric years ago so has no label. I reckon its cotton. Its quite heavy material. And its cream!!
I'm going to try the fairy liquid......will report back! xIf music be the food of love then play on"No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow". ღ ~Maya AngelouDoing it for my kids. For a better secure life. x0 -
I found the best thing for removing bolognese stains is natural light. Try hanging it on the line it doesn't even have to be sunny although it fades quicker in the sun. hthSometimes not moving backwards is as much an achievement as moving forwards is on other times. (originally posted by kidcat)
It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!0 -
We use very few products around the house, but we always have a tub of Vanish Oxi Action (comes in a bight pink tub). This gets everything out.
I recently washed a jumper with olive oil stains on it and it came out of the washer still with the stain (I forgot when washing the first time). So I put it back in the wash using the stain remover and the marks have gone.0 -
you could try that Ace bleach, put it on neat and leave it about 15 minutes before you wash it0

Another advocate for natural daylight. Has got countless pasta sauce and pureed carrot stains out of white baby clothes for me in the past.:heartpulsSpoiling my two baby girls with love - it's free and it's fun!:heartpuls
I'm not very good at succinct. Why say something in 10 words when 100 will do?
