i just relised they a scam and i forgot to cancel account as i been to busy and i payed by paypal but i cancelled so they couldnt try take payments.
which they been trying to take money and i read on the net even if you cancelled in the 14day trial you still get charged and if you dont pay after a year they get cci involved.
could i still refuse to pay and nothing would happen because clearly they ripping loads of people off and i seen loads saying dont pay and they ask for your card details so they can take money off you without permission aswell:eek:

also not paying what i cant aford and even if i did they still wont get any

I wouldnt worry. The fact you can go on these sites and download illegal content ie films, music, cracked software makes me think they'd want to stay far away from a court and they wont have access to your credit record.
Forget about it and if you get a letter post back asking for advice.
