not had court papers?

Hi, just recieved a letter from the court saying that baliffs will be sent if i don't pay the amount they say i'm in arrears with for a ccj....i have had no court papers so have'nt a clue what i was supposed to be paying. What do i do now? Worried that the baliffs will turn up on our doorstep!

What is the debt for? is it a consumer credit debt or something like council tax?

It was for a credit card originally...they passed it on to someone called pheonix ?

I will help if i can....so this is a ccj, do you know which court supposedly issued the ccj?

Could the original ccj papers gone to another address?

Why are you actually going to the court, have you been asked to go?
