Topshop clearance- steals blackburn

Hi Everyone!
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure what to class it as.
I have been told by about 7 friends about this shop in Blackburn, Steals, and it sells clearance topshop and riverisland and miss selfridge clothes. I have only heard about it though and wondered if any of you knew more about it because I live in rochdale so its quite far to travel if its not any good. Please post if you know about it!
