Always wondered how this would stand up in court, he is your husband, presumably you are contributing in some way to the running of the house - either financially or physically (maintenance/cleaning etc) of course you have an interest in the property.

I know that's what I thought. It sounds too easy to me. Also if you have a will that over rides it anyway!
Yeah I contribute to the house so god knows how they accept this really. Hey ho. If it gets out mortgage sorted I'm all for it. This whole process has definitely opened my eyes to credit reports etc!0
